James W. Cummins, JR OD

Dr. Cummins graduated from Southern California College of Optometry in 1976. He is licensed in the treatment of medical eye conditions and has been chosen to participate in numerous clinical studies. His extensive experience in refractive surgery includes consultation, pre-surgical analysis, surgical referrals, and post-operative care. He will continue to provided the most up-to-date and reliable treatment plans and be easily accessible to all of his patients.

Maggie

Maggie is our office manager. Maggie's first priority is patient care and the well-being of our professional staff. She has over 16 years of service with Rancho San Diego Vision Care with extensive knowledge and experience in insurance billing, and the overall duties and functions of the staff and office.

Judy

Judy is our optical technician with advanced experience in assisting the doctor with eye examinations, frame selections, contact lens services, and in-depth understanding of insurance coverage.

Cindy

Cindy is our administrative assistance. Cindy is interest in working personally with our patients and jumps at the chance to assist our optician and doctor. Her background as watch-maker is a bonus in our dispensary.

Dorey

Dorey is our front desk receptionist She recently graduated from United Education Institute with a Medical Assistant Certificate. Her warmth yet professionalism will make you feel welcome the moment you arrive or call on our services.
